Myron's Famous Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

Tuna fish (boiled)
Eggs (diced)
Bell Pepper (sliced)
Shallots (diced)
Celery (diced)
Sweet Relish
Miracle Whip
Salt
Fresh ground Pepper
Tony Chachere's
Lemon Pepper

Pimento stuffed green olives (Optional)
*Amount of each ingredient varies - depends on preference.

To ease the boiling process, cut Tuna in chunks about the size of a golf ball.  Boil for 10-15 minutes or until tuna is a uniform tan color throughout.  Drain water and let cool.  Flake tuna.  Mix all ingredients together and serve.

*This dish is great whether served alone, or on bread or crackers!
