Italian Tuna

Ingredients:

Tuna Steaks (cut 1/2 thick maximum)
Italian Bread Crumbs
Lemon Juice
Butter
Oil

 

Marinate tuna steaks in lemon juice for 20-30 minutes.  Dredge in Italian bread crumbs.  Pan fry in a combination of butter and oil at moderate temperature until golden (should take 1-2 minutes per side).

*This recipe does not require seasoning the Tuna steak.
