Grilled Tuna

 

2 pounds Tuna steaks  cut about 1-inch thick 
1 16 oz bottle Wish-Bone Italian Dressing

Salt and black pepper
Lemon-pepper seasoning

Marinate steaks in Italian dressing for one half hour. Season to taste, being generous with the lemon-pepper seasoning.  Place in the center of the cooking grate. Cover grill. Cook, turning once halfway through cooking, until fish is opaque but still moist in center (about 10 minutes or sooner).
